TERTIARY

MULTIBAND TREMOLO

  • Ultimate Precision | Massive Flexibility

Tertiary is a three-way multiband tremolo plugin with the ability to use fully independent tremolos on your low, mid, and high-frequency bands.

  • Each tremolo LFO is capable of seven different wave shapes:

Ramp Up, Ramp Down, Triangle, Square, Sine, Lumps and Humps

  • The Skew feature distorts the LFO shape in such a way to emulate vintage, bulb-driven oscillators and adds a unique and percussive syncopation to the swing of the LFO.

The entire cycle of the LFO waveform is split into two halves, time-wise. By shifting the Skew from 50%, the front and back halves of the waveform are compressed or expanded.

  • The Depth control varies the amplitude of the LFO and controls the intensity of the modulation.

  • The timing of each LFO can be synchronized to the BPM of the host DAW and used in conjunction with musical rhythms from half-notes to sixteenth-notes.

Alternatively, the LFO can be set to any pure frequency between 0.5Hz and 12.5Hz, independent of the project’s BPM.

  • The relative phase of each LFO can be shifted between -180 and +180 degrees using the Phase parameter to offset each wave from each other.

  • Adjusts the band’s gain.

  • The Scope is a visual representation of each LFO waveform.

  • The Crossover section allows you to define and visualize the frequency response. Both cutoff frequencies are continuously variable between 20Hz and 20kHz. Band gain can also be adjusted here. The FFT can be selected here to view the real-time spectral response.
